Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Carrie J Hair Care. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

All orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. During big sales, processing times may increase. Local pickup is on Tuesday's and Thursday's only. Location will be e-mailed once your order is ready. If you know you will not be available on these days, please choose the shipping option. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
